By downloading or using the ReadAnything mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
ReadAnything provides on-device text-to-speech (TTS) synthesis and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) tools to help users process and listen to digital content.
The App integrates with third-party services (such as Google Play Services, Firebase, and RevenueCat) for essential functionality, analytics, and subscription management. By using the App, you acknowledge that your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
You are solely responsible for the content you process through the App. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, including copyright laws. You must not use the App to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
ReadAnything offers "Pro" features via subscription. All payments are processed through the Google Play Store. Subscriptions are governed by the Google Play Store's standard terms and conditions. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play Store account settings.
The App, including its original content, features, and functionality (excluding user-provided content), is and will remain the exclusive property of ReadAnything and its licensors. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App's operation, including the accuracy or availability of the text-to-speech synthesis or OCR results.
In no event shall ReadAnything be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
